General Meetings

Service Description

General Meetings are where decisions of the Club are taken. They are held bi-monthly on the first Sunday of the month. We hold a total of 6 meetings in a year. Meetings are obligatory, so all members are expected to attend the full 6 meetings of the year. However, if due to exceptional circumstances a member is unable to attend a meeting, we do expect that he will give a cogent reason prior to the meeting commencing. Fines may apply for unreasonable abscence.
